Use your Client ID and any email linked to your extension plan to submit a new task request.

Can't find your Client ID?

Client ID's are issued to you once you purchase an extension plan. You'll be provided a Client ID which can be found in your Welcome Pack (PDF) sent to you by email from your allocated Senior Design Manager after your initial discovery call with them. If you have an existing extension plan with us and you cannot locate your Client ID, please contact us at support@weareuneek.com.

How this works

Submit

Complete your task request and submit it to us. We'll review the task request and calculate the estimated time to complete (ETC) the task.

Approve

Once the ETC is calculated, your dedicated Senior Design Manager (SDM) will inform you via email of the ETC for you to approve.

Design

Once approved by you, we'll deduct the time from your plan. Your dedicated design team will get started on the design work for your task immediately.

Review

Your SDM will send you drafts to review. Once you're 100% satisfied with the work, we'll close the task log. It can take 24 hours up to 1 week to receive drafts.

Task Request Submissions

All task requests will be reviewed by your Senior Design Manager. Tasks are identified based on the type of design or creative service(s) required. If there are multiple services required as part of a single task request or a large multi-task project, we will break these down into specific deliverables. You will be notified by your SDM what these deliverables are and when you can expect to receive them.
