Introductory Video Call
Regular turnarounds (24 hours up to 1 week)¹
We'll send you a welcome email with a link to book in a video call with a Senior Design Manager at a time that suits you best. During the call you'll introduce your business and what it does, discuss all your design requirements and expectations, and get to know your design manager.
Get Started
It's full steam ahead after the video call. Send your design manager your brief's, requirements and any information you think we'll need to get started on your project by email. We'll set you up on our system and get the work started there and then.
Stay In The Loop
Once we receive your design brief's, we'll get started on them right away. Your design manager will keep you in the loop every step of the way, with drafts, iterations and any variants being sent to you regularly for inspection and sign off.
Sign It Off
Once you're happy with the final work, you'll need to sign off on it to receive the full design files from us. We'll send you the design files via secure link for you to download.
*Up to a maximum of 15 hours per month of design work is allocated to your business. Design work can be any design task as specified within our 'full spectrum' design terms. This can be any task related to branding, digital design, print design or packaging design. Exclusions apply as above. Exclusions can be added at an additional fee as and when required. Quotations will be provided for specific additional requirements that are not covered within the parameters of 'full spectrum design'. 'Flex' means the 15 hours in a given month is flexible and can be used either as consecutive hours or as required throughout the month period.
Overtime charges of £75/hr apply for any additional work required beyond 15 hours within a given month. Estimates for total overtime work will be provided before any overtime work begins. Alternatively, businesses can upgrade to a higher tier monthly design plan to allocate more design time to their business. To upgrade, please speak with your allocated design manager.
